CREST Silver & Gold SEND evidence form 1 - written details

This evidence form is designed for educators working with young people with SEND who are completing Silver and Gold projects. To support SEND learners working at this level, we have a choice of two adjusted evidence forms, to supplement the usual student profile form. For students who find written communication challenging, these can be completed to show that your students have met the CREST criteria. This version of the form includes space to provide written details demonstrating evidence around planning, ownership, creativity and decision making.
